Who is this program for? +
Volleyball and basketball players, track athletes, and anyone who wants to jump higher, move faster and get stronger — from competitive athletes to fitness enthusiasts training for performance.
What equipment do I need? +
Access to a gym with basic strength equipment plus space to jump. A plyo box is useful but not required, I’ll adjust the plan to what you have available.
How is this different from regular strength training? +
It combines strength work with plyometrics, speed and agility drills specifically sequenced to build explosive power, not just muscle.
Will this help prevent injury? +
Yes. Mobility and movement quality work is built into every week to support the joints and tissues that take the most load when you jump and cut.
