The Gold Coaching Package

This is a hybrid of The Basic and The Platinum coaching package. This includes customized macros for your goals, a custom Nutrition sheet and a custom fitness plan with the equipment you have access to. With this package you do a bi-weekly check-in form and the alternating weeks, you do an in-person video call with your coach. From the form and from the video call, I give weekly feedback and we reassess needs and changes to your plan as needed. We discuss mindset and positive habit formation.  Your Coach will help you set goals for your week ahead.
